 100 Mesh Frac Sand                         The Plant                         

TSS, Inc. makes several different sands for for your frac job or your Golf Course.

TEXAS BEST  White Bunker Sand is an Angular Sand created through a specialized crushing and grinding process.  This process fractures the silica quartz pebbles into angular particles creating the perfect bunker sand.  Because it is angular it stays on the face of your bunker better than a rounded particle sand, therefore less maintenance is required.  Check out the particulars on the Bunker Sand page. It gets a 3.2 fried egg test.  (It is avaliable only in limited quantities by special order.)

Green Sand  We now have a sand colored Green to blend in with your grass.  It is perfect for divot repair or top dressing.  Or we can make it any other color you may need.

Caylor White

Caylor White is a U.S.G.A. spec. sand that is commonly used when Top Dressing or in green construction.

Greens Plus

Greens Plus is a U.S.G.A. spec. sand commonly used in bunkers or construction of greens.  This sand is more coarse than the caylor white.

C-144 White -aerification sand.  Very coarse, high perk rate.  Commonly used to resurface greens or in bunkers where a very high perc. rate is desired.  It is also used in the cast stone industry.  

Stone White   is our finest particle sized sand.  It is commonly used for masonry sand, bunker sand or fairway sand.  This sand does not meet USGA specifications.

100 Mesh Frac Sand  We have a very clean 100 mesh frac sand.  We have many customers using it in the Barnett Shale region of North and Central Texas.  Test results available upon request.
